Refurbishing an occupied building means planning protection, material transport and user access alongside the construction works. VOHO offers works in offices, retail units and common areas of commercial properties.
Before starting, we agree the delivery phases and any temporary closures. Where required, we arrange out-of-hours works and the sequence for handing rooms back to users.

Work organisation is part of the scope
We agree transport routes, storage and waste removal, protection of occupied areas and rules for noisy works. The delivery plan should identify expected disruption and matters requiring the building manager’s decision.

Our team members’ experience includes refurbishment in occupied Google spaces and a MAKRO commercial building. These projects form part of the team’s earlier professional experience and are not presented as projects delivered by VOHO.

Can works be phased or carried out in the evening?
Yes. We agree working arrangements with the client and building manager. Team availability and dates are confirmed for the specific scope and programme.
Do you also undertake smaller refurbishment packages?
We assess each scope individually. Location, a brief description, photographs and the target timing are enough to start a conversation; documentation helps refine the quotation.
